This session includes:
- Pre-call survey: 10 question online form to help you clarify your desires from coaching and for me to understand your goals
- One 45 minute session via google hangouts (phone call or video chat – your preference)
- Summary pdf with an outline of what we spoke about as well as a unique action plan for you to move forward.
- One 30 minute follow up session a week later

Step 2. Within 24 hours of making your payment, you’ll receive an email from me where you can schedule your session with me and fill out the pre-work.
Step 3: You’ll work through the pre-work giving me the straight-up, honest story of what is going on for you right now. (Don’t worry. There is NO judgment here. Just lay it out there so I know how to best support you!)
Step 4: Once the pre-work is completed, we’ll have our private coaching session on the phone or video (your preference)
